The Grand Union Village Community Development Trust manages 550m² of community facilities, which will support a range of activities for residents to enjoy.

The Community Facilites are situated near the canal basin (above the Costcutter shop) and were were handed over to the Trust in January 2006.

The facilites include:

A large multi-purpose room for recreational purposes – this can be divided into two smaller rooms plus there are two other training /meeting rooms

An office to service the Trust
Kitchen, bar and toilet and shower facilities
Wheelchair access and buggy storage

Multi-use Hall Conference style

Playgroup style

Hire Agreement Form

The rooms come with tables, chairs, (including children's size tables and chairs) and a flipchart stand. The Kitchen is fully equipment including a large tea urn, fridge & freezer, microwave and cooker.

nb. for Christenings and childrens parties - pre-school toys can be used at your event in return for a donation to the Paddington Bear Parent & Toddler Group.
