As well as the Grand Union canal towpath, there are some great cycling routes in and around Ealing and Hillingdon - pick up a cycle map from the Community Centre or Trinity Estates office. The green open spaces and traffic-free paths near the Village are not just great for leisure cycling, they also offer pleasant routes to work, local shops, facilities and stations. Parking your bike at the station Taking your bike on the train You can take your bike on the Central line between West Ruislip and White City at the weekend and Monday to Friday until 7:30 then 09:30 - 16:00 and after 19:00. You can take your bike on overground trains from Greenford and Southall off peak and at weekends. Monday to Friday, bikes are not allowed on trains that arrive at London Paddington between 07:45 and 09:45, or which depart from Paddington between 16:30 and 18:30.
