Cycling...

Grand Union Village aims to give more priority to pedestrians and cyclists. There are speed limits of (20mph) around the development, special road surfacing and traffic calming measures. Cycling is encouraged with cycleways provided to complement the existing local network. There are segregated cycle routes to Northolt tube station and also to Heathrow Airport, starting at the junction between Glencoe Road and The Parkway.

Ealing residents are entitled to free on-road cycle training to build confidence on the road and beginners of all ages are welcome. The GUV CDT regularly invite cycle training providers to come to the GUV and deliver cycle maintenance sessions.

To book a course contact Cycle Training Ltd, freephone 0800 093 6454.
