Established in 1984 and registered with the Housing Corporation, ASRA Greater London Housing

Association manages around 3,000 homes in 20 London boroughs and five local authority areas in the Home Counties.

Around 70% of our stock is general needs accommodation for all communities, whilst the remaining 30% has an Asian specialism and comprises 50 sheltered housing schemes, 26 special projects, and two residential care homes.

PCHA
The founding member of the group, PCHA provides more than 10,000 homes across 13 London boroughs. As part of its provision of these homes, PCHA delivers a full range of services to tenants, from helping them choose the right home to maintaining the buildings themselves. Also supporting people in their neighbourhoods in setting up and supporting tenants associations and helping to identify and fund community projects.

SUTHERLAND
Sutherlands range of innovative, affordable homes is designed to help people get a foot on the housing ladder. Not only does it provide low-cost ownership schemes and keyworker homes, it is also one of the leading providers of landlord services to the NHS.
