Restaurant

'Bluegreen' opened on 14th April 2008 and provides a wide range of Indian cuisine.
This is situated on the edge of the canal basin with an outside terrace offering attractive views.

Shops

There are four shops on the Village underneath the Community Facility. Costcutter supermarket, Kirshans Hair & Beauty, a Halal Meat shop and a dry cleaners who offer a delivery service.

Leisure facilities

There is provision in the outline planning consent for a private leisure facility in the southern part of the Village looking onto Broadmead Road. Discussions are underway with potential providers and this facility will be subject to a separate planning application (RMA).

Medical Centre

Ealing Primary Care Trust is now applying for detailed planning consent (RMA) for the medical centre. Contracts have already been signed with the developer who will build this facility on their behalf.

Ecological area

A 3,000 m ecological area will be developed in the northern corner of the public open space, near to the canal basin. This should be released in Spring 2008.
