The Village Parking Scheme starts in January 2011 to manage parking better, to reduce crime, improve safety on pavements and roads, and to maintain a good quality of life for everyone who lives and works here.
Stage One of the Parking Scheme starts on
Monday 31st January 2011
The areas affected are on private land, not on the public highway. Look out for the signs showing the parking arrangements in each area of the Village.
The areas included in Stage One
Parking Permits will be required at:
Regent House
Brecon, Harborough House and some of Saltley House
Founders Close
Permits are not required but the areas will be patrolled:
Arcon Drive, Brazier Crescent and Fairclough Close.
From 31st January 2011, anyone parking in these areas will need to observe the new parking rules. If you are eligible for a Parking Permit, one will be sent to the leaseholder/freeholder of the apartment or house.
Residents’ parking permit zones will be patrolled and enforced by
Observices Parking Consultancy (OPC).
