Annual General Meeting 2008

The fourth Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 19th May 2008 at 7.00pm. All Village residents and stakeholders are invited to this open meeting.  However, if you wish to vote you must first become a member of the Trust (free).  To register please contact the CDT office for a membership form or download a form from this site.

Annual Accounts 2006/7

A copy of our Accounts for the financial year 2006-2007 has been registered with Companies House and the Charities Commission.

Trust Policies and Procedures

In November 2006, the Board of Trustees adopted a complaints policy for the Trust.  A copy is attached GUV CDT Complaints Policy.

In January 2007 the Board of Trustees adopted a Child Protection Policy for the Trust and its staff and volunteers.  Included in this policy is the CRB checks necessary to work with young children and vunerable adults. GUV CDT Child Protection Policy
