Annual General Meeting 2011

The seventh Annual General Meeting was held on Monday 14th November 2011 at 7.15pm. If residents wished to vote they are first required to become a member of the Trust (free).

Annual Accounts

The following accounts have been registered with Companies House and the Charities Commission. 

A copy is attached Annual Accounts 2006/7.

Trust Policies and Procedures

In November 2006, the Board of Trustees adopted a complaints policy for the Trust.  A copy is attached GUV CDT Complaints Policy.

In January 2007 the Board of Trustees adopted a Child Protection Policy for the Trust and its staff and volunteers.  Included in this policy is the CRB checks necessary to work with young children and vunerable adults. GUV CDT Child Protection Policy
