Who we are

Taylor Woodrow plc is a housing development company. Its primary business is the development of sustainable communities of high quality homes in the UK and in selected markets in North America and Spain. The company’s UK housebuilding operation trades mainly under the Bryant Homes brand. The company currently operates from a network of 11 regional offices, with the London region based in Watford.

Grand Union Village is a flagship project for the London region team. The project team, along with their consultants, are delighted to be bringing this visionary project to life.
